SEITZ Inc. , a World Leader in providing quality solutions and service to the Textile Care industry is looking for a Technical Support Technician/Technical Sales Representative to service our existing and growing customer base.
Responsibilities are to provide assistance to our customers, including training of customer personnel in the use of Seitz products, the service, maintenance and installation of dosing equipment and programming of on-site equipment. Potential to assume sales responsibility in own territory exists as candidate grows into the position.
Qualified candidate should possess good verbal and written communications skills, have good PC skills, hold a valid driving license and have a willingness to travel and occasionally be away from home. Experience of sales/technical service in the laundry or dry-cleaning industries would be advantageous in addition to a good working knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment.
